Assessment-driven coaching for performance, durability, and longevity.
One-on-one work with active adults, mountain athletes, and first responders in Waterbury, Vermont.
Strength and symmetry are the foundation of everything — your durability, your performance, your ability to keep doing what you love for as long as you want to do it.
Who this is for
Active Vermonters
Stay durable for the things you love — skiing, hiking, paddling, biking — without breaking down.
Health & longevityNot an athlete? No problem.
Move well, stay healthy, and build the foundation for a functional, injury-resistant life.
PerformanceMountain athletes
Periodized, assessment-driven programming for backcountry, SKIMO, Nordic, alpine, mountain biking, and trail running.
ReadinessFirst responders
Strength, durability, and injury resilience for the physical demands of fire, EMS, law enforcement, and tactical work.
How I work
Every engagement starts with a thorough assessment — movement quality, injury history, pain, goals, lifestyle. From there, programming is built on what the assessment reveals, not a template.
I don't work in a silo. When a client is also seeing an acupuncturist, chiropractor, or physical therapist, those perspectives inform the training plan. I use proprietary AI-assisted tools to bring a roundtable of considerations into every program — so that nothing gets missed.
